Has anyone seen this type of timer?

Recently received this.http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=390344638103&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123 Looks like a collaboration between Chronosport and Heuer to time Indy? Pre 1970-71 top speeds so my guess is late 60's. The ref. numbers on the backs are faded but I am guessing they are 3 sec. timers. Anyone seen or know about these to better inform me? Thanks!
