It seems quite a constant policy for this gentlemen - they've had a string of nice to very nice L5100 Heuers lately, all of them very overpriced and all of them steadily brought down to more sensible heights.
Maybe it's just a way of gauging the market? If the willing buyer is found at the original price, so much the better. Otherwise the luck is tried again and again...
