First off.. try a very small amount of washing up liquid rubbed between the bezel & case.
Failing that you can pop off the bezel, but they can be tough sometimes.
Tape up the case/bezel, get a thin but strong knife blade, press between case & bezel & twist blade, forcing the bezel up. You may think that a lot of force is required, this is normal.
Do this is a large clear plastic bag, in case any bits ping off!
The bezel clicks around due to a small tube with a spring loaded ball on the end (like a biro) , the ball may have become dislodged (hense the plastic bag)
