Possibly a good choice if you are unsure. Sometime you really have to wrestle the knife & apply a lot of force to get the bezel to pop off. Others will come off with minimal force - I've done it with my finger nails before!

Of course, I have no idea if yours is going to be tight or loose. You could always try a credit card/or something plastic & sturdy first?
