Hello Bullitt, thanks for the reminder. Incredible that Jo`s accident was already 40 years ago. I often remember the battles
between the Porsche 917 teams and the Ferrari 512 teams. In the majority of the races the Porsche teams won, led by
Jo Siffert and Pedro Rodriguez, not to forget Brian Redman and Derek Bell. And there were some races, in which Jo and
Pedro had their own race within the race.
40 years ago, I was 15 years old and didn`t know anything about Autavias and Carreras (this has changed meanwhile).
But it makes me happy that these watches (apart from their competence in watchmaking) keep the rememberance of
the "old heroes" alive.
