The very fact that there were others available at the same time should shed some light. This one was early with papers. Maybe experts can chime in on that case as it certainly looks original. I wouldn't be surprised if the high bidder already has one or two mid year jobs; probably didn't pay $3500+ either as even those prices were unheard of not long ago.
