Most of 1969 and some way into 1970. Which obviously coincides neatly with Heuer introducing fluted pushers on the Chronomatics and the manuals that would replace the 78xx watches.

Nice correlation between the 138xxx serials for these and the 141xxxs ring fenced for Autavia Chronomatics too.
