when you blow up a picture this large. I personally think this and the blobs that Jeff mentions are all within manufacturing tolerances for the silk screening process done in multiple batch runs by different people and different screens.

Some may differ with this reasoning(not a justification on my part)about what is real or re-dialed. Anyone wishing to send me their watch dial, I will freely photograph it for comparision.
