I've Checked Photos of Five of the 11063 "Viceroys" . . . and all of them have the "sans serif" on the "7"s.

I believe that the bezel inserts are slightly narrower on these 11063s; perhaps Heuer decided that it would lay-out better with the simpler fonts?

: same traits, ie, less square 4's, rounder 3's, no 'sticks' on
