Yep, stick with the initial range. I just mentioned that watches coming in much under that tend to need a lot of work but occasionally there is a lucky bargain amongst them.

The register paint spotting is a well-known fault of this dial, most have it to an extent. The starburst blue makes up for it though, right? :) The silver equivalent is vertically brushed, nice but not as distinctive as these blue dials.
