Hi
there was an nos 110.213 Verona sold on ebay this weekend.
whilst it seemed perfect in every way, one small detail seems wrong and i wondered if anyone else had come accross this before?
the movement was correct in that it was a cal 12 (the Verona was released well after the change from cal 11 to cal 12) but the movement was silver (rhodium plated?) rather than gold. every Heuer i own and have seen sticks to the simple rule that if its a cal 12 it's gold and if it's cal 11 its silver. has anyone else come accross a silver cal 12 or a gold cal 11?
thanks
bruce
