That's a very good question!
I believe that both the main / time-of-day hands and the chronograph second hand are "Service Hands", used as replacement hands by the service department. This is why we are showing it under the "Various" category, rather than under the four main executions of the 2446C GMT. Perhaps we should add a note indicating why we have presented this one in this manner.
