Is something known about the source of these hands? Are they from Heuer in the 70s or early 80s?

: replacement hands by the service department. This is why we are
: showing it under the "Various" category, rather than
: under the four main executions of the 2446C GMT. Perhaps we
: should add a note indicating why we have presented this one in
: this manner.
