good point.
I don't agree on the vantage point - it could have been a zeppelin. But you are right on the building. I had in mind it was completed after the crash of '29, but I assumed it took years to build. Actually (or according to wikipaedia anyway) it was started in 1930 and completed in 1931. Pretty amazing construction speed!
