That is beautiful! The chronograph is an amazing bonus. Looks like an endurance racing set up. Congratulations.
: Of all the mysteries of collecting the Heuers, none has proven
: more difficult than getting any information about a somewhat
: related item, the Hanhart Ferrari DuoStop.
: We see Uni-Stop, Duo-Stop, Two-Stop and Tri-Stop; on the
: "Hanhart", we see block letters and script letters;
: some have "Ferrari" in the metal and others do not; we
: see black dials and white dials; large registers and small
: registers; simple stopwatches and split-second stopwatches; a
: variety of jewel counts; etc.
: Every couple of years, I vow that I will try to figure all this
: out. Maybe this time, I will be successful. Of course, any
: information will be greatly appreciated. Please forward to other
: collectors who may know something . . . This is just a
: "quickie" posting, to show the new arrival. Soon, I
: will hope to post these photos to other forums where I may find
: information.
: This time, I am determined to figure out the story of these
: Hanharts!!
: Speaking of stories: I bought this pair from a gentleman who got
: them for nothing . . . well, not exactly nothing. He helped a
: friend clean out a garage. They found these in a cigar box, and
: the friend gave them to my seller, for his helping with this
: work. Not a bad thing to receive for a day's work!!
