We see that the winner had placed two bids at $6,800, and the second place finisher at $6,700. I am always interested to see the winners with these double / "insurance" bids, just wanting to be sure that they have bid high enough.
We will hope that this one comes into the OnTheDash family. I had been informally advising the seller during the auction, as she is not experienced in the old Heuers or the high-dollar items, etc. You can imagine that she had plenty of offers, to take this one away from her for a few hundred dollars.
She is happy to have let the auction run, and now just needs a little help, completing the transaction.
