Seems that eBay seller was listing it for a friend, who actually owns the watch. Depending on the amount received in the auction, seller suggested that the owner would be deciding between a new guitar and a new set of teeth.

Maybe with the $6,800 sales proceeds, he will be able to treat himself to both these items.
