Just to note that the tachy ring is not exactly like the ones we generally identify as first execution/second execution:
Fonts are smaller (see distance between numbers 300-350-400 compared to others, also height of 'TACHY' word)
and there are other differences (see there is no dot at 450).
I would say it is simply an early tachy ring we did not have seen yet.

: execution 1158S. One thing that we have learned about the
