as with many of their models, Heuer interchanged some dials and cases . . . so even though the case is marked with the "V" (for Viceroy), Heuer did use the black / black dial on this model.

This is a correct Heuer model. Not in any catalogs (that I have seen) and not in our Autavia Reference Table (yet), but these were made by Heuer.
