Arne, I live in Dubai and am sorry to report there is not much to see in terms of vintage watches. There is one specialist shop, Momentum. Its in the Dubai INternational Financial Centre. Tariq is the guy who runs it, and he is terrific. Its quite new and he's only had a couple of Heuers (one of which was of questionable authenticity). He's a nice guy and he has some nice Omegas and Rolexes so worth a visit. There is one other second hand shop where there may be some Tags but no Heuers. Its in one of the smaller malls - let me know if this is of interest and i'll find the details but its probably not worth a special trip.
