Some collectors won't mind, others would prefer the originals but as you still have the original parts that you can include with any future sale, it shouldn't really be an issue. If it was a very rare watch and TAG-Heuer had kept the original parts, it could be a different matter.
If a seller discloses that some parts are replacements, but includes the originals in the sale, I don't think anyone could find anything to justifiably complain about :)
