If I were you, I'd just enjoy it as it is. I wouldn't worry too much about it being a franken. If you were to sell it, and you disclosed the info about the dial & hands, you would still get a good price (IMHO) due to the superb condition.
You could source a lume dial and black hands, but I would imagine the cost would be prohibitive, especially as you'd probably want a mint/nos dial to match that great case. Anothr obstacle is finding a dial/hands, which would be an unlikely quest.
