Yep, I haven't heard of any direct connection between Heuer and Hill but that BBC documentary had a lot of shots of him wearing an Autavia.

We know Jo Siffert was dealing the Heuers too, and he and Hill had a connection through Lotus albeit Hill racing for the works Gold Leaf Lotus team and Smokin' Jo for Rob Walker so it's not impossible that Hill got his Autavias through Siffert.

I say Autavias because I vaguely recall the documentary showing him with Autavias pre-1969 and that 1163 too, so I reckon it's more than one but I'd need to watch the documentary again to be sure.

I need to trawl through the old Autocourses at some point to see who's wearing what in those photos.
