Heuer Sebrings, to restore or not prior to sale

I have several Sebrings from my dad's road and rally days in the mid-60's. Two work and one doesn't. Would it be better to get them cleaned and working prior to sale or sell them as is for the enhanced 'patina' of the original watches? If I should have them cleaned, what kind of watch repair shop should I look for? TIA.
