The world of replica watches has zero even mildly convincing modern Monaco fakes, because China has been unable to copy the ETA 2894 movement with the seconds register at 3. From my research there are also zero replica vintage Heuer Monacos. So it seems to me the only way this could be fake is if it's from another model or someone manufactured this themselves, which seems extremely unlikely?
