Vintage Heuer Valjoux 22

I have a beautiful Heuer chronograph watch mounted in gold. The little information I have is that it is a Valjoux caliber 22, with porcelain dial and tachymeter scale. Someone commented me that may date from the 20's.
I've been searching the internet the exact model but I can not find it. Someone can give me more information about the clock?: Model, reference, year of manufacture...
