Found a PVD Olive Autavia but there's a catch... maybe

So, I've seen this on Chrono24 for the last month or so... and I contacted the seller but he said he didn't have it available anymore... but I keep seeing the price changing from day today as if he's trying to lure a buyer to inquire but I'm not sure what's up... I thought maybe he made something up because I'm in the United States... not sure... is there anyone on here who noticed the same thing?
