How Rare Is It?

Do any of you guys have a good idea of exactly how rare this watch is? How long was it made for? I guess there's not a good way to tell how many Heuer produced, is there?

It's funny, I just got the watch by getting lucky, and I only went after it as a cheaper alternative to the 1163T. But now that I have it and have thought more about it, I think I really made a good move. The more I wear the watch the more I love it :-)
