Here is the instructions on a tube of Polywatch™:

Apply some Polywatch to watch crystal. Polish the scratched area with heavy pressure for 2-3 minutes with a clean soft cotton cloth. Repeat as necessary for heavy scratches.

Polywatch can be purchased via Ofrei (www.ofrei.com), or you can substitute ordinary toothpaste instead.
