I bought a can of Brasso today and tried it on my daughter's Swatch crystal. I rubbed for about 1 minute and then buffed. It made a big improvement in a badly scratched watch, although I suspect the Polywatch would be good to follow up with and would leave an even smoother finish.

: heavy pressure for 2-3 minutes with a clean
: soft cotton cloth. Repeat as necessary for
: heavy scratches.
