I need to 2 watches to Belgium for service. I'm going to use FedEx.
My question is, should I have fill out any kind of customs form? When I made a FedEx label I said the package contained "personal effects" and called the watches "mechanical devices". The customs forms seemed like they applied to stuff being sold, so I didn't fill any out. Did I do it right?
