Hi, and welcome. That is a bargain! It is a 1163 v 'Viceroy'
The bezel shouldn't have a lume pip, but it's odd that it is off centre. It looks very well worn, which would suggest it's been on there sometime, which is a little strange. Maybe the bezel is from a 11630 model. Original inserts are hard to get hold of, you need to source one from the second hand market.
The case seems to have lost it's clean edges, but looks like a good 'beater' pick up for what you paid.
