: Hi Steve - my original post was designed to simplify the matter of
: the 2446C GMT because we see so many combinations of pushers,
: dials, hands and cases. Jeff has made a valiant effort by
: defining 4 executions but there will always be some that do not
: quite match these exactly for a number of reasons like parts
: changed at service, parts used up in manufacture and of course
: parts bin watches. I think I am safe in defining the first and
: last executions. Anything that falls between the two is likely
: to be a legitimate watch with some components found in both the
: first and last examples.
: The main difference is the case and until quite recently I was not
: aware that there was a difference. This is important when trying
: to find replacement parts eg the bezel.
: Hope that is helpful
: regards
: Paul
