the reference number is incorrect as you suspected.
that reference is for the cal 11 Monza though the back was usuall still stamped 150.501. no doubt Heuer had rather too many of these cal 15 backs in the parts bin so didn't bother with making a 'correct' back for the Monza.
from what i have been able to gather, the black case Montreal doesn't have a visible case reference and the model can not be found in any catalogue. it did exist however.
given all the confusion surrounding Heuer ref numbers it would not be too much of a surprise to see the wrong ref number on a sticker.
