Yes, you can say that now, but 25 years ago you wouldn't have... it was just an old old beater, in non running condition. Seiko, Citizen and Casio were the cool watches to have back then... and I had quite a few of those.
Giuseppe was such a nice old man, I guess that is the only reason I kept it all these years, and of course, the fact that he wore the watch when he was a pilot.
