While I may agree that what passes for Cheese in some circles here in the US is not fit for animal feed...there is a growing cottage industry of high end cheese producers in the US making cheese rivaling anything made in Europe. I lived in Italy for 2 years and I know good cheese. We have good domestic beer, wine and cheese these days my friend. The car and Dario's suit did get pretty smelly as the hot day wore on though.
