cal12 date issue

Hi all,

I have issue with one of my watches with cal 12. Date is not moving. I asked 3 local watchmakers and noone founds any issue. I bought another date ring and it is same.

do you have any hint what watchmaker should check?

all springs are original and he tried to force it also to reduce force.
