Similar to the Monterey Historics in 2011, there was a tremendous GTO showing at Amelia Island Concours this year. Something like 12-15 of the original 30 odd were there, including the prototype.
One was even driven to the event from SW Florida at a distance of just under 400 miles! It's hard to imagine coming up on one of these out on the tourist clogged interstates of the Sunshine State, or making the decision to drive it on said roadways!
