Jeff,
I presume custom made back in the day...outstanding quality, never saw similar up to this standard (and I handled a lot of gold bracelets in my life untill now...). We know the typical "Milanese" bracelet type (which was quite common in ladies bracelets too)...this one is completely different, extremely detailed.
Watch came to me from Italy...
