I think I saw the dealer site you are refering too. The watch looks pretty nice. Not unbelivable condition, but not bad.
The price is quite high because a few Camaro's in this style have sold on ebay for 800-1000 in the last few months BUT....
- maybe there won't be another Camaro like this on ebay for 2-3 years..they are not that common
- maybe the ebay ones had something wrong/some problem
- maybe when you try buy there will be some other guy pushing the price well past $1000
....usual story, no easy answer.
The three register Camaros that I've seen have gone for around $1500 on ebay (quite rare).. movement snobs will tell you the 2-register are only "half a chrono" (is that copyrighted?) but I think the 2 register ones are pretty nice.
