Lemania started using this case in the late seventies, predominantly in their 'World Time' and their issued Lemania SAAF models, here is a Lemania example (also without the 24hr subdial, so either a 5100 or 5100 with deletion):

Bucherer also used Lemania cases/movements in many of their watches. As has been said here, at this time they were under the control of Nouvelle Lemania, so an integration of Lemania product would be normal.
