Your watch is a screw back Autavia, ref 2446, with 3rd and last execution dial.
You are right to say that the sweep seconds hand is wrong, not only for being red but also for its shape.
About bezel, it's definitely a first execution, it should not fit that watch, but earlier dauphine hands 2446s.
Can you post more pics of the case? Serial should be over 64000 for a second execution case, and over 84000 for a third execution dial.
