Hi Jeff,
the first thing that came to my mind was the Rolex DD. And after I checked the watch with every single criteria it still stands. Maybe you have to abandon the solid gold bracelet to stay in the price range but it is to posh anyway. The only thing that has to be decided is the material. I'd prefer yellow gold, but with white gold you can't do something wrong...
