I would ask that if you were to switch it out that you instead find another chrono hand - and paint it white and keep the original "as-is" on the side - give how rare this model is, i think it would be a shame to let the original be painted over - on many of my GMT's for example i keep the original Bezel in a safe and only wear it out with one of the cheap knock off's - similar concept.
