There's no doubt about that this watch has a fake Carrera dial and tachymeter ring and wrong hands, but the rest look pretty genuine to me.
The movement a Valjoux 7733 with a correct signed Heuer - Leonidas bridge. Try to find a genuine signed 7733, it's harder than finding a Cal.12. The case is from one of the Heuer "economy" line powered by Valjoux 7730 and later 7733 and 7734. They have the same Heuer - Leonidas markings as this one.
I am pretty shure that this is a genuine Heuer case and correct movement paired with a bad Carrera fake dial and tachymeter and totally wrong hands.

This ref 73321 has the same case and movement.
