It is only 38 mm so small compared to my Autavias. But as the dial is big compared to the case it doesn't look that small.
But I have been thinking of buying the new limited edition (1969 ps.) El Primero Striking 10th. It is 42 mm and the chronohand rotates in 10 second - so like an affordable TAG Heuer Mikrotimer.
