As a collector who has had many of the models you have in your 'kit', I can only offer my advice...
Yes, finding ETA movements will increase the value of the entire collection by many many multiples.
However, finding all, or even a few of the movements will be like hunting the Loch Ness Monster. I've spent months looking for just one movement in the past. Then, when you find one, it may need servicing.
I would suggest that for maximum return, you sell each watch separately, without movement. There are many collectors out there that will pay good money for a NOS case/bracelet etc.
