Whilst the chronographs get written about now, it was the stopwatches that kept Heuer afloat, making as much as 10 times as many a year as watches. Digital killed that market too, even though Heuer went into digital, or they might have been able to remain family-owned with or without the watches otherwise.
So whilst they're nice, there are a LOT of some of the models still around. I'll agree with Stewart's valuation, then, though a larger photo could help pinpoint the model. Fisher were (are?) a distributor of scientific instruments who sold quite a lot of Heuer product, including chronographs. We've seen the name on Deci Carreras, for instance.
