Jeff, it will be interesting to see Darrens answer to my question of the type of white used on his dial. My dial, and as far as I know, is a matt flat white (with maybe a light cream touch), whereas the Siffert dials have a light pearl finish, almost a very faint silver-white. This is quite noticeable when you look at the photos of the great white next to a Siffert.
