I agree entirely, this dial is deliberately warm whereas the Siffert is colder. The base greys in the picture above are the same, just mixed with 6% yellow on the left, blue on the right.
I always have my monitors set cold, I really don't like the way a warmer colour temperature looks on screen. Too blue for properly colour matched design work, but I don't do that and it's how I like it! But I don't know that that reflects on the watches - I like both. I'll reserve judgement until I see an 11630 T white in the wild (no nicknames for me :) )!
